Job summary

Hire Consulting Services in the greater Kingsport area seeks a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project. You will oversee 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within design specs.

Projects range from $5M to $90M. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction; TDOT experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience coordinating large teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and schedule management.
• Experience with grading and utility projects preferred.
