Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the Kingsport area. You will supervise 30-40 crew members on grading and utility works and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction; TDOT experience is a plus but not required. Relocation assistance is available as a lump sum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project superintendent experience required.
• Experience with TDOT is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-40 employees on grading and utility projects.
• Coordinate 15+ subcontractors to ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule to meet design, budget, and timeline targets.
