Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Kingsport, TN is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will supervise 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Projects range from $5M to $90M. A minimum of 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction is required; TDOT experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience coordinating 15+ subcontractors on large projects.
• Experience with grading and utility works on civil sites.
• TDOT experience is a plus but not required.
