Job summary

AJANTA CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for the Arkansas Lakes contract. You will oversee operations across Ouachita, Greeson, and DeGray Lakes, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost control while coordinating with Government officials and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-site supervision, and ability to manage resources, personnel, and subcontractors to meet performance metrics and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Background checks and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of contract performance with authority to execute plans and schedules.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Provide on-site supervision across multiple dispersed sites.
