Sundt Construction is looking for a Project Superintendent in Phoenix, Arizona. The role includes planning and supervising project operations while ensuring safety and quality. Candidates should have a four-year engineering degree and extensive experience in construction projects.

The Project Superintendent (PS) will plan, coordinate, and supervise the field and/or administrative operations of projects. They will provide technical direction and have responsibility for the safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self‑performed work) for the project(s). The PS will establish productivity goals and measure performance, schedule labor, materials, and equipment—including subcontractor work—and may supervise one or more field superintendents. This position includes progression steps for skill and experience: Sr. Project Superintendent I is capable of fairly large projects of $51–100 million with typically 10–15 years experience; Sr. Project Superintendent II is capable of larger, complex, or multiple projects totaling $100–199 million with a minimum of 15 years experience.
