Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field and administrative operations on diverse projects. You will manage safety, costs, productivity, and quality, guiding subcontractors and internal teams toward successful project outcomes.

The role progression spans from early to senior levels, requiring excellent communication and a solid engineering background. You will lead project plans, schedules, and safety programs while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
• Thorough knowledge of construction aspects: technology, equipment, methods, negotiations, cost control, scheduling, safety.
• Construction project and supervision experience in similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review of shop drawings, submittals, and purchase orders.
• Develop and manage the project management plan (PMP) and schedules.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate constructability issues and clarify designs with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the construction plan to ensure profitable, on-time delivery.
• Ensure work complies with contract terms and practical safety standards.
• Provide leadership to project team and subcontractors for relentless execution.
