HireVenture is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to oversee daily jobsite operations across Chicagoland and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for ground-up commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, a solid understanding of plans and codes, and the ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive field leadership in construction.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial projects.
• Ground-up multifamily residential or senior living preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and field personnel.
• Develop and communicate project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor progress and address scheduling or coordination challenges.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and enforce safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify quality concerns.
• Use Procore to manage documentation, reporting, photos, schedules, RFIs, and field communication.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, ownership, and trades to resolve field issues.
• Assist with cost awareness, change management, and budget-related field decisions.
• Lead and mentor field staff with a solutions-oriented culture.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders.
