Qualifikationen

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Construction project supervision experience in similar facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, cost control, scheduling and safety.

Aufgaben

• Manage field operations and ensure profitability, safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement PMP and related plans.
• Lead and guide project team and subcontractors to ensure relentless execution.
• Ensure work complies with contract terms and is completed profitably.
• Develop construction plan for successful execution and maintain CPM schedule with LEAN processes.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with project teams and subcontractors; prepare status reports.
• Interface with owners and stakeholders to maintain positive project environment.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders as needed.
• Document constructability issues and resolve design clarifications with appropriate personnel.
• Ensure timely punch list completion and commissioning readiness.
• Identify and mitigate potential claims and document impacts.
