Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field and administrative operations on projects in Texas. The role includes directing safety, cost, productivity, and quality, with involvement in LEAN processes and weekly work plans to meet schedule milestones.

You will lead subcontractors and internal teams, review shop drawings, manage risk, and ensure contract compliance while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, cost control, scheduling and safety.
• Experience supervising projects and coordinating field operations on similar facilities.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises field and administrative operations on the project.
• Provides technical direction and ensures safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and quality.
• Schedules labor, materials, and equipment, including subcontractors, and may supervise field superintendents.
• Develops project management plans and leads weekly coordination meetings with project teams.
• Ensures work is performed per contract terms and maintains positive client relationships.
• Prepares and updates CPM schedule and uses LEAN processes and weekly work plans.
• Prevents claims, documents issues, and mitigates effects with timely action.
