Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• 10+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with solar or large industrial power projects.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of construction activities and task assignments.
• Interface with other departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage labor, equipment, materials, and site environment.
• Review and ensure constructability of documents and schedules.
• Lead pre-construction planning sessions and site meetings.
• Develop and implement site utilization plan and crew sizing.
• Oversee safety programs and on-site leadership.
