Kiewit Corporation's Sponsor for the Water Facilities South District is seeking a Director-level leader to oversee major water and wastewater construction projects in Westlake, TX. You will provide executive direction, protect the business case, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met.

The role serves as the primary link among the project team, district leadership, clients, and partners, supporting the Project Manager while maintaining authority for strategic

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, including significant leadership on large, complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi‑million‑dollar contracts with accountability for operations, safety, quality, and financial performance.

• Provide executive leadership, business expertise, and guidance to the Project Manager and project leadership team.
• Maintain overall accountability for project safety, quality, financial performance, schedule, client satisfaction, and contractual compliance.
