Job summary

Maccaferri USA seeks a Senior Project Solutions Manager to drive end-to-end engineered product projects across North America. The role leads the Solutions Manager and collaborates with Area Sales Managers to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.

You will oversee estimation, documentation, and forecasting, ensuring projects meet profitability targets and client expectations while coordinating with cross-functional teams and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or certifications (PMP/PE) preferred.
• 7–10 years in project management in civil/geosynthetics with 3+ years in senior/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of engineered product projects for NAM expansion.
• Develop accurate cost estimates considering materials, labor, and logistics.
• Oversee technical documents, drawings (AutoCAD), and specifications; ensure standards compliance.
• Track projects with milestones and risk management; ensure timely execution.
• Coach Area Sales Managers and the Solutions Manager on selling engineered products.
