Columbus Technologies and Services is seeking a Senior Scheduler at NASA JPL in Pasadena, CA. The role requires coordinating with the project team to develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, perform earned value analysis, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.

You will work onsite at JPL, interfacing with multiple organizations to manage critical path activities and deliverables. The position emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication.

Formación

• Strong experience in developing/maintaining schedule plans and EV, and analyzing schedule performance.
• Experience on Construction/Flight project with emphasis on implementation phases.
• Ability to manage evolving project needs and priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership to develop, empower, mentor, and maintain a robust team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of program/project management, technical teams, peers, subcontractors, and sponsors.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project Pro.
• Able to rapidly learn new technical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Milestones Pro.
• Able to identify anomalies in schedule data and communicate mitigated plans.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as an integral partner in the project business team.
• Works with the Project/Program team to schedule project elements, lifecycle, production detail, and procurement.
• Provides program scheduling products including integrated master schedule and performance analysis.
• Delivers reporting to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Analyzes current schedule status and baseline plans to forecast impacts.
• Forecasts efficiency and trends affecting project or institutional requirements.
• Leads earned value schedule integration and related support services.
