Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/admin or similar with significant scheduling experience.
• Strong experience with schedule plans, cost/schedule issues, and earned value performance measurement.
• Experience negotiating requirements with subcontracts; flight project exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership: develop, empower, mentor and build teams.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; interface with all program levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integral partner in the project business team.
• Coordinate scheduling elements across project lifecycle and production details.
• Provide master schedule products, schedule assessment, and performance analysis.
• Deliver reporting and tracking to meet contractual requirements.
• Analyze current schedule versus plan and baseline; forecast impacts.
• Support earned value schedule integration and related services.
