ENTRUST Solutions Group in Denver, CO is seeking experienced Project Schedulers to support Transmission Capital, Maintenance, and Distribution projects by developing and maintaining schedules and related cost data. This position partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Controls teams to ensure accurate planning, effective coordination, and efficient project execution.

We are looking for candidates in the Denver, CO area.

Formación

• 5+ years of work experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
• Knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects (utility/infrastructure) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for transmission, distribution, and substation projects, aligned to scope and milestones.
• Perform routine updates, CPM calculations, critical path, float, variance, and trend analyses; produce look-ahead reports.
• Track schedule performance with EVM metrics (SPI/CPI) and publish control reports.
• Identify schedule risks, run what-if scenarios, and propose mitigations; support change management.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders; communicate conflicts clearly.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal to embed Project Controls in RFPs and contracts.
• Review bidders' proposals for WBS/CBS alignment, baselines, and change management.
• Serve as Project Controls liaison during contract award and execution, escalating deviations.
