Job summary

UMP (United Master Planners) in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to develop, monitor, and update schedules aligned with project goals and timelines.

You will create baseline and milestone schedules, perform critical path analysis, and develop mitigation plans while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring rigorous document control.

Experience in public sector/heavy construction and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with critical path analysis, recovery/mitigation schedules, and scenario planning.
• Experience in construction project scheduling for public or heavy construction sectors.
• Ability to analyze performance indicators vs baseline schedules and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to align with goals and timelines.
• Create detailed baseline and milestone schedules and perform critical path analysis.
• Generate mitigation or recovery plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous document control and provide regular schedule updates for decision-making.
