• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Expertise using Primavera P6 in a construction environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining CPM schedules from scratch.
• Travel approx. 20% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor critical path activities and assess schedule impacts and recovery plans.
• Produce progress reports, dashboards, and executive-level scheduling updates.
• Analyze change orders and their impact on project schedules.
• Attend scheduling meetings and provide guidance to project teams.
