Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an experienced Scheduler for the Chandler, AZ project. You will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Responsibilities include creating lookahead plans, tracking progress, and delivering regular Schedule reports to project stakeholders. A strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Data Center, Semiconductor Fab, and Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Lead coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance, productivity, and progress against baseline plans; identify trends and deviations.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly schedule reports and analyses to stakeholders.
