Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks an experienced Project Scheduler in the Denver area to develop and maintain schedules for transmission and distribution projects, aligning work with scope and milestones.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, construction and controls teams to ensure accurate planning, effective coordination, and data-driven decisions, including EVM metrics and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, PM, or Scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Experience with large-capital projects (utility/infrastructure) valued.
• Experience with contracts/RFPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across a portfolio of projects.
• Perform routine updates, CPM calculations, and critical path analyses.
• Track schedule performance with SPI/CPI and support recovery plans.
• Identify risks and run what-if scenarios; support QA/QC checks.
• Lead weekly schedule review meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal to embed Project Controls in RFPs.
• Review bidders' proposals for WBS/CBS alignment and baselines.
• Serve as Project Controls liaison during contract award and execution.
