Job summary

Luminis Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to support development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software. This role collaborates with Preconstruction, Operations, and Project Management to ensure schedules are accurate and aligned with project objectives.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining schedules, establishing baselines, performing schedule risk analyses, and reporting updates to stakeholders across multiple teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of project scheduling experience, preferably in construction or related sectors.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of project controls, schedule management, and critical path methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including activity sequencing, milestones, labour, and equipment planning.
• Create proposal and bid schedules to support new project pursuits.
• Establish schedule baselines and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct schedule analysis including critical path, variance, and delay analysis.
• Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Produce regular reporting and schedule updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to monitor progress and improve schedule performance.
• Analyse workforce requirements and resource utilization to support efficient project delivery.
• Support scheduling best practices and guidance to project teams.
