Job summary

Voith Group in York, PA is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage scheduling, baselining, and cost control for hydro-related projects. The role interfaces with Project Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Field Service to ensure on-time delivery and data integrity.

The successful candidate will have Primavera P6 expertise, ERP experience (SAP), and strong analytical and communication skills to drive recovery plans and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in project-business or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Project and/or construction scheduling experience.
• Project and/or proposal management experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 project schedules (WBS, logic links, constraints, resource loading).
• Monitor progress, perform earned value reporting and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and field service; interface with external partners and customers.
• Lead schedule update meetings and ensure data quality across functions.
• Provide customer reports, presentations, and scheduling status updates.
