Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to provide scheduling support across mega projects, focusing on adherence to client procedures and EVMS reporting. The role emphasizes integrated master scheduling, cost engineering inputs, and status reviews with contractors.

The candidate will develop schedules, validate baselines, review progress, and participate in weekly/biweekly contractor meetings, ensuring accurate EVMS data and timely forecasts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 10–15+ years of experience in design/construction/consulting industry.
• Must be pursuing or have CCP, PE, CVS, PMP designation.
• Knowledge of scope change management.
• Proficiency with Oracle P6 and Acumen Fuse.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, leadership and organization skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Work may involve construction sites and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedule for project life cycle.
• Review baseline schedules for Project Engineers.
• Review monthly schedules for project engineers.
• Discuss updated schedules, critical paths, and look-ahead schedules in meetings.
• Review monthly payments and other reports from contractors.
• Ensure reporting supports EVMS and EAC projections.
• Support change control processes and PMO reporting.
• Provide briefings internally and externally as requested.
• Assist in corrective actions related to reporting and forecasting.
