Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced project scheduler with a strong background in energy infrastructure and large-scale construction. You will develop and maintain complex, multi-phase schedules while coordinating with engineering, operations, and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, solid knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls within power generation, energy infrastructure, renewable energy, gas-fired power generation, or large-scale construction.
• Strong proficiency with project scheduling and management software, including Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 experience is preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex, multi-phase project schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, construction, operations, and external project partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Data center project experience is highly preferred.
