Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience leading planning and scheduling efforts on large, complex EPC projects or programs.
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6, including schedule development, integration, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and management of complex, multi-discipline project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project execution strategy.
• Define schedule architecture, including structure, coding, and sequencing, to support planning, control, and reporting.
• Lead development, maintenance, and revalidation of schedule baselines, including changes and strategy updates.
• Establish and drive schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractor scopes.
• Lead advanced schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation and trend analysis.
• Lead identification and communication of schedule risks, uncertainties, and opportunities.
• Mentor and guide planners/schedulers across multiple levels.
