Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience (depending on education).
• Proven experience with project controls, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area.
• Performs schedule development including WBS, activity duration and workflow logic.
• Monitors and updates critical path activities and schedule performance.
