Job summary

CRB Group in Emeryville, CA seeks an experienced Project Scheduler II to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals and client requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, analyzing critical paths, forecasting, and presenting schedule metrics while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong scheduling and project management knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and forecasting.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for schedule development and reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.
