Kiewit Energy District seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager for Oil, Gas and Chemical projects in Houston, TX. The role covers cost and schedule management, program development, and integration with earned value systems to support proposals and execution.

You will lead cost engineering, planning and scheduling, data analysis, and reporting, coordinating with engineering and construction teams. Travel and relocation may occur based on project needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or business administration/finance.
• Strong knowledge of AACEI, CII and PMI practices.
• Experience with cost engineering, planning, schedule and EVMS.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and SAP a plus.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and present to management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain cost and schedule information for proposals and projects.
• Develop and maintain engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning controls procedures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with risk and opportunities analysis.
• Coordinate cost budgeting, EV and schedule integration.
• Support cash flow, variance analysis and trend programs.
