Job summary

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree along with at least 7 years of experience in a related field. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $112,649 to $154,927 a year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in a large, multi-faceted organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and construction, project scheduling, and construction methods.
• Preferred: railroad experience, PMI-SP, and PMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage CPM schedule for projects and attend related meetings.
• Create and maintain project schedules throughout all phases.
• Conduct field visits for active construction projects.

Skills

Project scheduling and CPM techniques

Strong project management and coordination skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles

Education
