Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Master Scheduler to oversee and coordinate construction and installation schedules for Factory projects based on POs and customer requirements. You will work with Business Unit, Project Management, Materials Management and Production teams to align internal activity with site priorities and delivery commitments.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience with ERP systems and S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Construction/manufacturing environment or related planning function.
• Experience in an industrial, high mix job shop environment.
• Proficient in Smart Sheet spreadsheets and MS Office.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning and Vertiv products.
• Experience with ERP systems – Oracle EBS / Cyber Plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish an optimum production schedule to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate sales and manufacturing schedules for multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule for integration activities.
• Monitor production and planning meetings and communicate critical path activities.
• Forecast delays and drive recovery plans as needed.
• Create inventory plans based on sales and production plans.
