The incumbent will develop and maintain CPM schedules, guide field teams, analyze progress, and communicate schedule risks. This position emphasizes leadership and hands-on scheduling in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for complex projects.
• Lead planning sessions and scheduling workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze critical path, schedule variance, and forecast completion.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to field schedulers and project teams.
• Maintain schedule documentation and change management support.
• Support 4D scheduling and project controls where applicable.
