Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
7–10 years of construction scheduling experience.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules for assigned projects.
Coordinate with engineers and superintendents to align activities with bid and contract requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors to integrate subcontractor schedules into the project schedule.
Review plans, specifications and contract documents to analyze scheduling requirements.
Generate multiple schedule scenarios with estimating to identify time and cost savings.
Lead a team of schedulers to maintain project schedules.
