M.J. Electric is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler in Michigan to lead CPM Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale data center, power generation, and industrial projects.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to drive execution against baselines and look-ahead plans. The role requires 5+ years of scheduling experience, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and a track record of delivering compliant documentation and timely submittals.

Formación

• 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting large-scale data center, power generation, and industrial manufacturing electrical construction projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu a plus.
• Experience managing schedules under general contractor subcontracts, including contract-driven submittal requirements (baseline schedules, monthly narrative updates, recovery schedules) – preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale data center, power generation, and industrial manufacturing electrical projects
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
• Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
• Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation and submittals per contract, general contractor, and company standards
