Job summary

S&B USA Construction in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring an entry-level Scheduler I to support CPM planning for heavy civil projects. You will use Oracle Primavera P6 under supervision to build bid and baseline schedules, maintain schedules, and generate reports for project teams and owners.

You will start with structured training and progressively take ownership as proficiency grows, with focus on the Mid-Atlantic region including Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent heavy civil field experience.
• Experience in heavy civil construction or related internship/co-op.
• Field knowledge of heavy civil sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and prepare schedule requirements and constraints.
• Develop KMZ site models to support planning discussions.
• Prepare summary schedules and exhibits for proposals.
• Assist in creating detailed CPM bid schedules in P6 (WBS, calendars, durations).
• Support estimating with quantity-to-duration calculations and checks.
• Collaborate with PM and team to translate execution plans into baselined schedules.
