Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a 1.3 GW power generation facility in Millersport, OH. You will create and maintain project schedule data, develop WBS, and monitor critical activities to drive on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience in EPC projects; excellent communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale EPC process plant projects.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedule data and baseline, and forecast project progress.
• Establish and maintain schedules for disciplines, commodities, areas and specialties.
• Develop WBS, durations, logic ties, and track expenditures.
• Monitor critical path and schedule performance metrics.
• Review subcontractor schedules and assist with schedule recovery plans.
