• Develop and manage workflow logic and job expenditures.
• Monitor schedule progress and identify critical activities.
• Update critical path schedule reports and performance metrics.
• Review and integrate subcontractor schedules.
• Contribute to schedule recovery plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet targets.
