Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Project Field Engineer for a 1.3 GW power generation site in Millersport, Ohio. You will support work planning, material management, quantity verification, safety and quality control, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep the schedule on track.

The role requires an engineering or construction management degree (or 2-4 years related experience). Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on complex field

Engineering or construction management degree or 2-4 years of related experience.
Advanced MS Office and SharePoint proficiency.
Strong communication skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
Facilitates planning construction methods and procedures.
Material Management – Initiates requisitions for field purchases.
Prepares quantity takeoffs of field purchased material and equipment.
Verifies quantities on tracking systems and databases.
Ensures zero-accident philosophy and safety requirements are implemented in operational areas.
Assist the Site Manager and PFE preparing construction storyboards to display installation sequences.
