Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 0–3 years in utility/scheduling roles.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline vs progress and identify critical path/impacts.
• Manage capital postings and budgeting accuracy for project reporting.
• Produce executive-level reports and mitigate scheduling risks.
• Provide scheduling support across projects and coordinate with engineers and project managers.
