Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the Project Scheduling & Planning group in the Engineering and Construction Division, located in Juno Beach, Florida. The role focuses on creating and maintaining schedules, producing monthly construction reports, and leading schedule reviews across wind, solar, storage, and transmission projects.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of scheduling experience, with strong Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
• 3+ years of Scheduling experience, or 4+ years in Project Management with tracking against baselines.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and track project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline to progress schedule.
• Perform critical path, resource loading and cost loading analyses.
• Track submittals and project impacts; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate Schedule Review Meetings with project participants.
• Report project status and variances clearly to management.
