Job summary

Credence is seeking a Project Scheduler, Journeyman to support the AFLCMC/HBG C2ISR Division. You will manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for IPTs and acquisition programs, tracking performance against baselines and generating reports to identify shortfalls.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, a related Bachelor's or higher, and experience with DoD processes, MS Project, and IMS development. This is a critical defense-focused scheduling position.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including MS Project.
• Experience creating, updating, and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and LCM for products/systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the IMS.
• Coordinate IMS activities among PMO disciplines.
• Provide IMS technical and administrative products (e.g., Gantt charts, network diagrams).
• Support system acquisition processes and incorporate schedule requirements for mission success.
• Assist requirements development and plan preparation; assess ability to achieve results.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to customer and team.
• Take corrective actions to achieve end results.
