Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the C3BM division, delivering integrated IMS/IMP schedules and artifacts for DoD programs. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and a decade of scheduling experience across acquisition phases, with preference for DoD sector experience, and will be based at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA with potential hybrid arrangements.

You will interact with PMO leadership, IPTs, and contractors to ensure timely, compliant schedules and provide

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in the DoD sector.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the PMO disciplines.
• Provide IMS/IMP artifacts (GANTT charts, network diagrams).
• Ensure integrated schedule management to support system acquisition processes.
• Define schedule relationships spanning acquisition phases and milestones.
• Produce Gantt charts, network diagrams, and other IMS artifacts for government and contractors.
• Advise proposal evaluation teams on schedule feasibility and risk per RFP requirements.
