Job summary

ARCO/Murray Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler with a strong focus on data center construction and mission-critical projects. You will create and maintain schedules, coordinate with project teams, and track milestones to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates possess 1–5 years GC scheduling experience, advanced Primavera P6/OPC skills, and a detail-oriented, communicative mindset. Occasional travel to sites nationwide is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of scheduling experience with a General Contractor.
• Direct experience supporting data center construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or OPC; MS Project helpful.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide; Procore/BIM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules for active construction projects.
• Collaborate with project team to structure schedules before detailed scope work.
• Track milestones and compare progress against the plan.
• Coordinate sequencing, manpower timing, and major milestones.
• Participate in scheduling meetings and keep updates accurate.
• Assist with monthly schedule reporting and project-specific updates.
• Review subcontractor schedules for alignment with the master schedule.
• Support 3-week look-ahead planning with field teams.
• Travel to job sites to monitor progress and sequencing.
• Maintain organized records of schedule changes and historical data.
