Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Scheduler to support data center project scheduling across the country. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, coordinate with project teams, and drive critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and willingness to travel to on-site locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities.
• Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditions.
• Maintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadership.
• Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project delivery.
