ARCO National Holdings seeks a Traveling Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects nationwide. You will collaborate with project teams to sequence work, identify critical paths, and assess impacts from design changes and field conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules.
• Travel and on-site support as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities.
• Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditions.
• Maintain lookahead schedules with field leadership.
• Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for stakeholders.
• Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with project delivery.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Assist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation.
• Ensure schedule accuracy through site visits and coordination meetings.
• Serve as scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects.
