Job summary

PMA Consultants LLC is seeking a Schedule Analyst to support capital improvement projects by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. This junior-level role works with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule integrity and performance.

The ideal candidate has working knowledge of CPM scheduling theory, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with management, engineering design, and construction professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related quantitative/technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience on construction or capital improvement projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong CPM logic and schedule development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM logic-based, quantity-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Interpret contracts and apply scheduling obligations to deliverables.
• Attend and co-lead internal and client meetings for status updates and planning changes.
• Update schedules weekly to bi-weekly with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for schedule information.
• Support WBS development and track critical path and deviations.
• Create schedule status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
