Job summary

CycloKinetics in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for large-scale capital programs from FEL through startup. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction to track critical path, resources, and milestones.

The role requires 4–7 years scheduling experience, expert in MS Project or Primavera P6, CPM and EVMS concepts, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of scheduling experience on capital projects in industrial, energy, chemical, or infrastructure settings.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, including baselines and resource loading.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, EVMS, and progress measurement.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules on EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to communicate schedule drivers clearly to non-specialists.
• Experience with multi-project environments and portfolio roll-ups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Level 1–4 schedules aligned to WBS and stage-gate deliverables.
• Support enterprise scheduling environment and portfolio roll-ups for leadership reporting.
• Develop IMS and Level 1 summaries for executive reporting.
• Analyze cross-project dependencies, shared resources, and long-lead procurement.
• Review EPC/EPCM contractor schedules for logic, durations, and critical path.
• Produce monthly and weekly schedule updates with progress and forecast
• Perform schedule risk analysis and develop recovery or mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with cost control, procurement, engineering, and construction teams.
