Lentech, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operations in a high-stakes environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams, drive schedule integration across multiple sub-projects, and leverage MS Project or Primavera to deliver a cohesive Master Program Schedule that supports program objectives.

Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD required.
• MS Project proficiency required.
• Twelve (12) years’ experience as a Scheduler in programs/contracts of similar scope.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operations.
• Collaborate with developmental and operational teams to develop schedules and keep them current.
• Use or recommend automated tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Develop and/or modify project schedules and integrate multiple schedules into the Master Program Schedule.
• Maintain the Master Program/Project Schedule and link it to the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, and IMPs.
• Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs showing progress and alignment with requirements and objectives.
• Maintain status on linkages and dependencies with related projects.

• Uses or recommends automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera or program mandated software.
• Develops and or modifies project schedules and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
• Maintains the overall Master Program /Project Schedule. Links project schedules with the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, functional area and/or other Integrated Master Plans (IMPs).
• Provides hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives.

Requirements

• Twelve (12) years’ experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to ten (10) years of experience.
• Shall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.
• Shall have successfully completed an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and have demonstrated experience with MS Project and or Primavera.
• Certification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is desired.

Salary range

$138,204.00 $147,596.00
