Job summary

Gladiatoremergence is seeking a Level 3 Scheduler to work on the GJB-0115 Fort Meade project in Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly, on-site work, and a strong background in program scheduling for hardware and software developments.

The candidate will facilitate weekly meetings, advise on resource allocations, and coordinate milestone interdependencies across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and quality control.

Qualifications

• 12 years of Scheduler experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• Two years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development.
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera course and experience with MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in AACE or PSP is required.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Four years of additional scheduling experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

The Level 3 Scheduler (SCHED) shall possess the following capabilities:

• Facilitate weekly meetings
• Provide recommendations to the Program
• Manager for allocation of management reserve to address resource/schedule constraints
• Coordinate a cross-walk of milestones and interdependencies among projects and functional areas (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, test, quality control, etc.)

Qualifications

Twelve (12) years of experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required Shall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera Shall have successfully completed an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and have demonstrated experience with MS Project or Primavera Certification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is required A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to ten (10) years of experience Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
