Manager to implement the BEMS, drive improvements, and translate operations data into financial insights. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 5+ years in planning or business improvement, expert Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operational planning, financial modeling, or business improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in building financial models, managing complex spreadsheets, and analyzing large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to executives.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning: develop, track, and analyze annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Build Financial Models: create and maintain complex spreadsheets and quantitative models.
• Develop Management Presentations: synthesize data into high-impact reports for senior leadership.

• Provide Operational Insights: translate field metrics into financial impact assessments.
• Oversee Variance Analysis: monitor spend vs forecast and recommend corrective actions.
