Job summary

NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA seeks a Project Schedule Analyst (PSA) to join the Flight Projects Directorate and help shape project business planning from concept studies through execution.

You will build IMS schedules in MS Project Server, assess baseline integrity, report schedule metrics, and support earned value management and monthly change control processes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance required.
• Bachelor degree with minimum 6 years related experience; Master with 4 years; or PhD with 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Build Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and maintain schedule products.
• Assess and validate schedule/cost baseline integrity for effectiveness.
• Identify and communicate anomalies in schedule data and critical path traceability.
• Work with PRA to implement cost/schedule integration plan.
• Maintain detailed network schedules in MS Project Server and support DCMA 14-Point data extraction.
