NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory seeks a Project Schedule Analyst to join the Flight Projects Directorate. The role focuses on building and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule, validating baselines, and delivering schedule risk analysis to engineering partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years, and strong EV, budgeting, and communication skills. Pasadena location; full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience; or a Master with 4+ years; or PhD with 2+ years.

Responsabilités

• Build Integrated Master Schedule, analyze and report schedule concerns and metrics.
• Validate schedule/cost baseline integrity for feasibility and executability.
• Identify anomalies in schedule data and analyze critical path traceability.
• Coordinate with PRA to implement cost-schedule integration.
• Maintain detailed network schedules in MS Project Server for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Support change control meetings and incorporate approved Baseline Change Requests into the EAC.
• Produce high-level schedule reports for engineering partners and leadership.
• Conduct 'what-if' analyses to illustrate schedule risk and opportunities.
